Squeeking drive train 2007 4.0 V6

Hi guys,

I don't know if this topic is already somewhere, but there are a lot of topics and my Finnish is not too good.
Last spring I've been driving trough deep water (had no alternative). It was a little less than wheel deep, but deep enough.
Quickly after that I heard some squeeking sounds which were speed related (pitch got higher with higher speed). Nowadays sometimes this squeeking sound appear. Often it is gone. I don't trust it too much. So, any ideas?
Drive shaft bushing or bearings or what else? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Could be wheel bearings as well, but those disappearing squeeks are definitely hard to figure out.
