This film delivers the remarkable and engaging profile of the 1959 Le Mans winner who became famous for the AC Cobra and his involvement with the Ford GT40 development programme. It traces Carroll Shelby’s career from driver to creator, featuring views from the influential men that worked and raced alongside him.
The story is relayed by Shelby himself along with Phil Hill, Roy Salvadori, Dan Gurney, Bob Bondurant and others, whilst excellent archive footage, ranging from Nassau 1955 to Le Mans 1969, brings to life a fascinating chapter in motor racing history.

Hep. Kannattaa varoa noita anniversary DVDita. Ostin toissaviikonloppuna viidella taalalla yhden vastaavanlaisen kiekon tarjouksesta, joka myos mainosti 60's to late models, jossa late models olikin fox koppa. En nyt pysty muistamaan, oliko tasmalleen sama, mutta otsikko oli samanlainen. Hyva DVD muuten - ainakin sen vitosen vaarti, mutta loppui vahan kesken..

Alfamerin uudessa katalookissa oli ilm. et tulossa mustang story diiviidii. ehtisköhän porojen kyytiin tuo .....

Näin filmin juuri äsken ja siinä oli ensimmäiset 30minuuttia juttua 60-luvun musseista ja hienoja mainospätkiä/kisapätkiä niiltä ajoilta. Samalla oli kuvattu jostain Nashvillen Speedway tapahtumasta, jossa oli n.3000 mustangia paikalla. Leffa on ilmeisesti englantilaisten tekemä, koska siinä oli myös heidän mustangi tapahtumasta juttua. Bonarina oli vielä matskua jenkkien 60-luvun kiihdytyskisoista, jossa oli vaikka millaista Fordia radalla. Kokonaiskesto tais olla about 115minuuttia?
